Sweden Debates Ending Gaming Monopoly
October 31, 2007 - No Comments This past weekend, Sweden voted to privatize and end Svenska Spel’s monopoly on gaming. The EU has urged Sweden to open up the gambling floodgates, threatening the country with a lawsuit in an EU court if they didn’t comply.
