Dave Daneshgar Wins $1500 No Limit Holdem Event

Tournament fixture Dave Daneshgar booked a long overdue win; he took down the $1500 No Limit Holdem event at the 2008 World Series of Poker, earning $625,443 and a gold bracelet. Daneshgar topped an unusually tough final table in the $1500 event; a table including Scott Sitron, Dan Heimller, Farzad Rouhani, and Matt Matros. There wasn’t a weak player there!
The tournament had 2,693 entrants, and the cream rose to the top. Congratulations to Dave on his big win. Here are the official results:
