October 29, 2008 - No Comments The 2008-2009 NBA season kicked off last night as both the defending champion Boston Celtics and the defending Western Conference champion Los Angeles Lakers were both in action. In the early game, the Celtics defeated a prepared Cleveland Cavaliers team 90-85 to start their season off right.
