Plaxico Burress is World’s Dumbest Man

December 1, 2008 - No Comments While New York Giants Wide Receiver Plaxico Burress is one of the most talented wide receiver’s in the NFL, nobody ever accused him of being the smartest. The receiver’s fall from grace has happened suddenly and irrevocably - he has gone from Super Bowl hero to certain prison room fodder. After signing a $35 million contract extension this off-season, including an $11 million signing bonus, Burress has not lived up to the expectation....

Cutler Spoils Quinn Debut as Broncos Beat Browns

November 7, 2008 - No Comments It was supposed to be the coming-out party for Cleveland native Brady Quinn, as he made his first career NFL start for his hometown Cleveland Browns. Instead it was the Jay Cutler show, as the third-year quarterback reminded everybody that he is an elite quarterback now, and Quinn needs to take a back seat, at least for the time being. Cutler threw for a career-high 447 yards and three touchdown passes (all in the fourth quarter) as his Denver Broncos....

Flip Flop–Why Favre is Now In The Right

July 27, 2008 - No Comments Last week I wrote a fairly scathing article in support of the Green Bay Packers organization and their right to deal with their personnel issues as they wish.  Recent developments have made me change my tune and I have no choice but to side with Brett Favre in this ongoing saga.  The main reason for this change of heart is the Packers’ unwillingness to treat Favre like any other player on their roster.  In a recent statement, Favre explained....
