Man Loses More Than Just Foreskin in Circumcision Procedure

September 29, 2008 - No Comments A Shelby County, Kentucky man and his wife have filed a lawsuit against the man’s two doctors after a normal circumcision procedure turned into a complete amputation of his penis. In a lawsuit, Philip Seaton alleges that he has suffered through mental anguish, pain, and has lost the enjoyment of his life due to the procedure. In the doctor’s defense, the amputation was due to a finding of cancer, but Seaton still feels as if he should....
